This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices you have about your information when you register, play, or otherwise use our platform.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect

- A password that is stored only in hashed form and is never kept in plain text.
Game UID information
- The gaming IDs you add to your profile for supported games (BGMI and Free Fire MAX).

Cookies, sessions, and authentication data
- A secure session identifier stored in your browser to keep you signed in.
- Your IP address and similar technical identifiers, processed temporarily to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
3. Information We Do Not Need
We do not ask for, and we do not need, information that is unrelated to running an esports tournament platform:
- Your date of birth or age.
- Government-issued identification numbers.
- Bank account numbers, card numbers, or financial credentials beyond the UPI details needed to process payments.
- Your password for any other website or service.
Please do not include such information in support messages, payment notes, or report descriptions.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account, including email verification.
- Verify deposits and process withdrawals and refunds.
- Manage tournament and team participation, room details, and results.
- Credit wallet balances and record prize payouts.
- Send notifications and transactional emails.
- Administer referrals and rewards.
- Process reports and enforce fair-play rules.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Maintain platform security and comply with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform, and only to the extent needed to provide their services:
- Database and hosting providers that store and serve platform data.
- A file-storage provider that holds uploaded images such as payment screenshots, report evidence, and profile pictures.
- An email service that delivers verification and password-reset emails.
- A rate-limiting service that holds temporary counters used to prevent abuse.
Our administrators may access user information to operate the platform, verify payments, process withdrawals, and review reports.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including hashing passwords before storage, using secure session-based authentication, limiting access to sensitive data, and rate-limiting sensitive actions. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Some records are kept longer because they are needed for financial, audit, or record-keeping purposes, even after your account is deleted.
Records that are retained for financial or audit purposes include wallet transactions, payment records, withdrawal and refund requests, winner and prize records, administrative logs, referral records, and reports.
Tournament and participant records are shared records that are retained to preserve standings and history. Uploaded payment proofs that are never used expire automatically after a short period.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account from the Settings page. When you do, we permanently remove your account and the records that belong to you, including your notifications, verification and password-reset tokens, uploaded payment proofs, and team invitations. You are also removed from the teams you belonged to.
For the reasons described above, financial and audit records and tournament and participant records are retained after account deletion and are no longer linked to an active account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
9. Your Rights and Requests
- You can update your name, phone number, profile picture, game IDs, and password from your profile settings.
- You can request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you.
- You can delete your account as described above.
- You can ask questions or raise concerns about how your information is handled.
We will respond to reasonable requests. We do not use automated systems to make decisions that legally affect you.
10. Children's Privacy and Eligibility
The platform does not currently implement an age-verification or parental-consent flow. It is intended for users who are eligible under applicable law to register and participate in esports tournaments. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the platform, please contact us so that we can review and remove it where appropriate, subject to the retained financial and audit records described above.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
